What you’ll do:
- Support and collaborate within the central DEI Team for communication campaigns, research, compliance, and reporting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, acting as a DEI ambassador.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the DEI team, fostering active engagement and contribution.
- Track and report on the collective impact of the DEI community.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations and documents for both internal and external audiences.
- Manage and update communication channels, including the intranet and social media platforms.
- Provide support for the Head of DEI, including diary management, travel and room bookings.
What you bring:
- A genuine appreciation and passion for the DEI agenda, coupled with a curiosity to learn and grow.
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable interacting at all levels and in various settings.
- Strong organisational skills, able to balance multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficient in researching and summarising complex information to create engaging communications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and unsupervised, managing time effectively.
- A focus on delivery, taking pride in high-quality work output.
- Open to development opportunities, both internally and externally, to enhance personal and professional growth.
