Digital Transformation Data Specialist

Job Introduction

Sodexo is accelerating its data journey to boost sustainable business growth and enhance service offering to consumers, clients, and employees. As a Digital Transformation Data Specialist at Sodexo, you will act as an agent of change for the digital transformation programme within Supply Management, collaborating with other domains, data teams and IS&T stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and adoption of transformation initiatives.
 
You will initiate and manage end to end delivery of data transformation initiatives as part of the overall digital transformation programme, plus design the data policies, processes, procedures required as part of each initiative including MDM.
 
About the role
-  Deliver against Global Data Governance Strategic objectives 
-  Maintain and govern the Central Taxonomy including supporting regions with standard categorisation, visualisation, implementation, and maintenance
-  Maintain and govern data points and their implementation of these in countries
-  Be the agent of change for all things data, including MDM
-  Build and maintain a strong global stakeholder network across the organization in which to advocate data change
-  Recognise interdependencies across the Supply Management Landscape
-  Define and maintain Data Documentation ensuring coherence with other policies and related tools
-  Lead global and local communication on data initiatives 
-  SPOC for some countries
 
About you
You will engage and bring people on the data transformation journey, facilitating cultural change to a data-centric mindset, managing the delivery of projects and initiatives in line with the data governance strategy. Understanding current state and future requirements to create the transformation plan and roadmap for data projects. Understanding and enabling transformation and different organisational levels – Central/Local, Global/Regional etc.
 
To be successful in this role, you will have proven data background including analytical skills utilising PowerBI, demonstrating drive and tenacity to achieve results. You will be a strong influencer who can flex their communication style across a diverse range of challenging situations and stakeholders. Knowledge of Data Governance and Supply Management processes and tools is required for this role. A self-starter with a pragmatic and proactive approach
