Digital Marketing Supervisor

Job Introduction

Our Sodexo Schools segment have a fantastic opportunity for a Digital Marketing Supervisor to join our team. We are seeking an individual to assist with the deployment of digital payment solutions across our schools.

This role will focus on providing project management and deployment plans to manage the smooth onboarding and deployment of the new school meal ordering system across individual sites. It would ideally suit someone who has exposure to digital payments with experience of managing multiple sites. You will be highly organised with strong communication and leadership skills as you will be working in a demanding environment with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.

This role is subject to Safer Recruitment checks and the successful applicant will be required to complete an enhanced DBS and wider checks including references and overseas checks, where applicable

Role Responsibility

  • Ensure the smooth running from sign up, to onboarding and deployment of the new solution
  • Visit schools and train the system to school admin and the kitchen teams where appropriate
  • For large multi academy trusts – project manage a deployment plan, ensuring all stakeholders are aware of timings and actions
  • Create an accurate tracker of all the schools and where they sit in the deployment phase with a RAG status and risk register
  • On-boarding of schools, providing training via TEAMS calls and face-to-face if required
  • Dealing with administrative elements of the deployment plan
  • Problem solving – to ensure efficiencies and project management deadlines
  • Coordinate administration with the schools and local school teams 

The Ideal Candidate

  • Trustworthy, able to respect the need to maintain confidentiality when required
  • Available to work remotely and from office in Birmingham and be field based around new mobilisations and deployments
  • Proficient in word and excel
  • Assertive and confident, able to communicate across all levels of the business, from directors to operational colleagues
  • Organised, with an ability to keep on track with communication from multiple stakeholders
  • Flexible in work across range of stakeholders, be able to support and engage with Administration support functions
  • Teamwork – ability to work cooperatively with others and provide help where required.

Package Description

to £35,000pa + great bonus & benefits package

Location: Remote, travel around South/South East/London

Permanent

Work Pattern – 40hrs Monday to Friday
