Digital Marketing Executive
Job Introduction
We are recruiting a Digital Marketing Executive to support the Head of Digital with delivering the Digital Strategy for Sodexo Live!
You will support the whole Sodexo Live! marketing team with technical support including reporting, campaign tracking, email marketing, email automation, website maintenance and CMS management. This will include onboarding new tools required to automate marketing efficiency and integration with wider S&L digital products.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with IT and compliance departments to support the management of compliance and legal requirements for all Sodexo Live websites.
- Support with managing the digital marketing and web agencies, becoming primary day to day contact for agencies, managing retainers and workflow.
- Support with project management of key projects from small upgrades to full website development projects.
- Manage and maintain the administration of all brand websites via CMS.
- GDPR compliance, working with data officer to ensure all brand websites are compliant with the correct privacy policies and cookie consent.
- Support with improving digital tracking and reporting for all key websites using Google Analytics/GA4, Google Data Studio
- Interface with external SEO and digital content providers to drive site optimisation, ranking and social media/digital campaigns.
- Interface with the rest of the marketing team to ensure all digital requirements are being met and upheld as part of all campaign delivery.
- Support all digital marketing activities including SEO/SEM, email marketing and social media across the S&L brands and venues
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
You will have a strong background in digital marketing with solid knowledge in website analytics tools such as Google Search Console, Google Data Studio, Google Tag Manager and Power BI, and the ability to deliver actionable insights.
As this is a client-facing role, stakeholder management, communication and collaboration skills are essential. They should be able to work as part of a team,
You will also have:
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously and take ownership of projects and deliver outcomes within deadlines.
- Solid knowledge of Content Management Systems (Drupal & Wordpress)
- Working knowledge of social media channels (Organic & Paid) and Google AdWords campaigns
- Working knowledge of Email Marketing and Automation (Pardot & Marketing Cloud, Dotdigital)
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript development and constraints
- Strong analytical and data-driven thinking abilities
- An up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- The ability to provide clear and concise communication,
The role is home based but the flexibility to travel when needed is essential.
RENUMERATION
You will receive a salary of between £30,00 and £35,000 plus access to a suite of excellent benefits.
