What you’ll do:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital journey plans to deliver a superior omni-channel experience that drives consumer engagement and supports Sodexo’s strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to launch and enhance digital restaurants effectively across all segments and consumer touchpoints in the UK&I, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand standards.
  • Identify and capitalise on new opportunities within the digital consumer journeys to optimise performance and customer interaction.
  • Utilise insights from consumer behaviour and digital trends to make informed recommendations for continuous improvement of the digital restaurant journey.
  • Support the Digital Journey Manager in end-to-end digital project management, from ideation to execution, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
  • Champion a digital-first culture within the organisation, advocating for transformative digital solutions that drive business growth.
  • Maintain flexibility and adaptability in rapidly evolving digital environments, ensuring timely and accurate content updates that meet consumer expectations.
What you bring:
    • Passionate about technology with a keen interest in innovating digital solutions for enhanced consumer experiences.
    • Proficient with relevant Content Management Systems (CMS) and digital content tools.
    • Proven ability to manage content that effectively meets business objectives and consumer expectations.
    • Strong collaborative skills, able to forge productive partnerships and work effectively with various internal teams.
    • Resilient and adaptable, ready to respond to the fast-paced changes in digital consumer interactions.
    • Experience in the Food/Catering industry is desirable, though not mandatory.
    • A qualification in a digital/tech field is desirable, though not mandatory.

Circa £27,000 DOE + Annual bonus + Excellent benefits package
