We’re looking for a forward thinking Digital Experience Manager to lead the charge in transforming how our customers interact with our digital platforms, with a particular focus on food service and hospitality.

In this role, you will:

  • Drive user adoption across digital tools, focusing on reducing friction and embedding a mindset that empowers action.
  • Optimise digital journeys, ensuring a seamless end-to-end experience from app-based ordering (e.g. Click & Collect, Pre-order ahead) to queue management & communications and engagement that build loyalty and usage.
  • Champion the creation of a “digital experience done well” by aligning functionality, design, and user needs.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure technology meets real-world needs and supports operational goals.
  • Be part of the leading the design and delivery of impactful digital content, including in-app messaging and digital screens, to engage users and communicate key updates effectively.
     

What we are looking for: 

  • Proven experience working with food related apps or digital platforms in hospitality, retail, or food services.
  • A user-first mindset with a strong understanding of how to reduce barriers to adoption and drive meaningful engagement.
  • Solid grasp of digital engagement strategies from onboarding through to retention.
  • Confident using creative tools such as Canva, and experienced in creating digital screen content that informs and inspires action.
  • A collaborative approach with the ability to bridge technology, operations, and customer experience.
