Digital Experience Lead 
Location: Home based with regular travel to client sites in Ireland. (Driving license essential) 
 
 As a Regional Digital Experience Manager at Sodexo in Ireland, you are more than just a manager; you are a digital pathfinder and a strategic innovator.
 In this pivotal role, you'll blend leadership skills with technical expertise to shape the digital journey of our Corporate Services clients in the UK and Ireland.

This is a critical role to support both operational leadership and clients by providing clear, accurate and compelling reports that enable strategic thinking and informed decision making.  
 
Although this is a home-based role, there will be regular travel for client meetings in Ireland so a driving licence is essential. 
 
Here, your work will directly impact the way our clients interact with the digital world, making a tangible difference in their daily operations.
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Develop and implement a dynamic Digital Experience Strategy, adapting it to align with client needs.
  • Collaborate closely with onsite Operations and offsite support teams, tracking and responding to their evolving requirements.
  • Design and deliver persuasive presentations and demos to a diverse audience, enhancing their integration of data and insights into decision-making processes.
  • Clearly articulate the value of digital solutions in achieving desired business outcomes.
  • Stay ahead of technology and industry trends, contributing to Sodexo's innovation lifecycle, and mentor a community of technical and data champions.
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation in collaboration with IS&T stakeholders, ensuring up-to-date technology stacks and data systems.
  • Engage cross-functionally with senior leadership to drive results and manage business, technical, and personnel-related data escalations.
  • Continuously learn and integrate new knowledge and skills, shaping and overseeing the digital activation strategy.
Requirements:
  • Proven ability to discuss Business Objectives, Digital Transformation, and formulate a technical roadmap.
  • Skilled in presenting complex topics clearly to varied technical skill levels and audience sizes.
  • Expertise in using data analytics to inform decisions and recommendations.
  • Resilience and clarity of thought under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong business acumen, executive presence, and flexibility in high-growth settings.
  • Experience in multi-level stakeholder management and collaboration in matrixed organizations.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in digital and data fields, with a focus on digital solutions in food and IFM service environments.
  • Full driving license
