Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday –Friday

The Opportunity
Due to continued growth, we are excited to offer a newopportunity to join our Equipment Advisory Team as a Data Project Analyst.
This pivotal role will be responsible for maintainingand developing our Equipment Advisory Data Sets, ensuring the integrity,accessibility, and accuracy of all project-related data. You will play a vitalpart in the delivery of our projects, supporting data analysis, reporting, andupdates across multiple client portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, organise, and maintain high-quality datasets for use in advisory projects.
- Manage data updates and reporting through systems including e-Quip and Excel.
- Support the creation and maintenance of the MTS Master Data Sets, ensuring accurate pricing and technical specifications.
- Conduct product research — analysing specifications, costs, and warranties — to advise clients on suitability.
- Support the Equipment Advisory Team in project delivery by ensuring all data is up-to-date and compliant.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to provide accurate, timely information on project performance.
- Maintain technical documentation, templates, and databases to support continuous improvement.
- Base (ADB).
About You
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactiveindividual with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for data integrity.You’ll need to balance technical precision with effective communication andteamwork.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Excellent data management and analytical skills
- Strong proficiency in Excel and confident in learning new database systems.
- Methodical and organised, with strong time management skills.
- Confident communicator – both written and verbal – able to liaise at all levels.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Desirable:
- Experience in healthcare, equipment planning, or project data management.
- Familiarity with systems such as e-Quip or Activity Data
