Role Responsibility
To deliver a high quality food and beverage service via the dark kitchen online ordering platform and other areas as required Ability to work in a fast-moving complex operation – high volume catering, retail operation with some direct customer contact Planning and organising for excellent outcomes – quality, resources, operational ease, financially sound, ability to follow strict brand guidelines and tight production timescales
Catering Operations Continually monitor and uphold all food standards, to ensure that they are to the required client and Sodexo expectation using brand and company guidelines at all times uphold all food hygiene and health and safety standards, to ensure they are maintained to the required client and Sodexo expectation as outlined by Safeguard. To ensure that all food is prepared in line with company and brand standards People Work effectively as a team player. Communicate regularly – attend and take an active part in Team Huddles, Daily/weekly/monthly face to face team briefings as required. Adopt the Sodexo principles and follow policies as required Finance Protect the company’s profit by adhering to brand guidelines at all times to achieve the Sodexo budget each month. Support the Dark Kitchen Chef de Partie to ensure stock, debt and assets are correctly controlled Business Improvement Always seek out new and innovative ways of doing things Be proactive in overcoming barriers to success. Provide feedback on how we can improve our performance. To deliver a consistent level of service, within the Company's high standards, to the contract specification, brand standards and agreed performance, qualitative, KPI’s and financial targets. Comply with Company and statutory regulations relating to safe systems of work, health & safety, hygiene, cleanliness, fire and COSHH. |
Work closely with the dark kitchen team to increase the Client and Sodexo’s revenue opportunities i.e., commercial opportunities, labour efficiency and generate the GOP expected when required
