Customer Support Executive (Events)

Job Introduction

We have an excellent opportunity to join the Sodexo team at The Crystal, a sustainable cities initiative by Siemen and the world's most sustainable events venue. This exciting role will act as the bridge between the sales team, event clients and operational teams ensuring a seamless process from initial enquiry through to the event.

Role Responsibility

The role involves understanding the client needs, working towards a solution that will meet all their expectations to deliver a fantastic event. Supporting the sales function and the operations team you will be involved in all aspects of planning, organising and finalising client event bookings. Preparing event booking’s you will ensure these fall in line with budgets whilst ensuring the end result meets expectation. Working with the client you will deal with any concerns, offering solutions and maintain the relationship through the whole process, including post event evaluation.

 

The Ideal Candidate

People management experience.

•Ability to interpret and utilise commercial information

•Excellent communication skills.

•Good standard of literacy and numeracy.

•Knowledge of health and safety
