Job Introduction
As a Front of House Lead, at Sodexo, located in Cambridge Campus, you are a proactive and customer-focused individual with an exceptional eye for detail. You possess the ability to communicate and build relationships at all levels, demonstrating a forward-thinking and methodical approach. Your excellent planning and organisational skills, coupled with the ability to challenge and develop service offers, financial processes, and company procedures, make you an ideal fit for this role.
What you’ll do:
- Take responsibility for the Front of House service stream, ensuring a 5-star customer service experience for all.
- Be the first point of contact for building occupants on facilities-related queries.
- Build relationships with all levels of users and be visible to all.
- Ensure the floor area is compliant with Health and Safety and environmental procedures.
- Report faults and issues to the relevant service partner as directed by the service manager.
- Maintain clean and tidy working areas.
- Monitor and ensure appropriate levels of stock within Vending and Stationery hubs.
- Work as part of the business support team.
- Oversee the completion of Health & Safety and Building Inductions for all visitors and new staff members.
- Conduct Epos cashing up and banking of all monies, ensuring all company procedures are followed.
- Coordinate Facilities Assistant and Floor Captain daily duties.
- Have a full working knowledge of the building, including all services.

- Previous experience in facilities management is advantageous.
