Customer Experience Specialist
Job Introduction
We are currently recruiting a Customer Experience Specialist to work Monday to Friday ensure we deliver the highest possible standards of service for visitors and staff at One Microsoft Place, Dublin 18.
As Customer Experience Specialist, you will ensure the highest standard of customer service and customer care in an environment similar to that of a 5* boutique hotel.

Role Responsibility
Working as part of the Facilities team, you will be responsible for;
- Supporting daily operations for Lobby Services
- Updating Sodexo Team notice boards
- Maintaining & upkeep of Stationery Cabinets
- Supporting Locker allocations and access requests
- Supporting ECAT audit checks
- Car park checks
- Car Park support during Events
- Ensuring all visitors and staff receive the best in class customer service
- Signage installation
The Ideal Candidate
- A great host with a passion for technology
- Excellent communication skills with good prioritisation and organisational skills
- A thirst for knowledge of our client, Microsoft, RE&F and Sodexo
- Capable of absorbing, retaining and translating information to enhance the service experience
- Confidential with the ability to manage sensitive situations and data, professionally and fluently
- Professional, friendly, caring and above all articulate with a positive can do attitude
- Exemplary service excellence experience with an understanding of how to deliver outstanding customer journeys - experience within a similar environment is essential
- A natural ability and experience in conversing confidently with a range of people
- A talent to apply logical and creative thinking situations creating the best outcome for the customer
- A positive outlook with the ability to create solutions to deliver a 5* service
