Role Responsibility

• Actively contribute to the development and implementation of food offers and marketing initiatives
• Drive sales, margin, and participation rates in all accounts
• Lead and develop culinary teams through training and development initiatives
• Ensure food safety and health & safety compliance across the region
• Provide strategic and technical support to the onsite team, client, and Sodexo
• Provide ideas and innovations on menu & offer development to Food Platform in line with the RACI model that meets the future needs of customers & clients
• Motivate and lead a high performing culinary team to achieve their objectives and the Sodexo strategy

The Ideal Candidate

• Considerable senior chef experience
• High level of culinary and retail experience
• Clear and effective leadership style
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyse problems analytically, develop opportunities, and implement innovative solutions
• Food safety L3 and IOSH as a minimum
• Must have a full UK and Ireland driving license
