Creative Lead

Job Introduction

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an established Creative Lead to join our developing creative team. 

We’re looking for a Creative Lead who isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo, who can create bold and exciting concepts from briefs, deliver great creative outputs, and really get to grips with how to engage an audience and articulate messages and stories clearly. You will support and lead your team into some exciting new projects while having a large creative input.

We offer working from home while with the occasional need to visit our Salford or Swindon creative hubs.

Role Responsibility

• To set and manage the vision and utilisation strategy of the creative team across the UK business.  

• Develop relationships with: sales directors, marketing directors and the wider Sodexo community, being an advocate for Sodexo, its branding and bid proposals.

• Management of creative briefs, resource assignments and the end to end creative process

• Driven by the need to solve problems with ideas that are original, insightful and compelling.

• Constantly on the hunt for fresh ways to creatively demonstrate our capabilities, offers and
solutions to the external market

• Ability and drive to inspire and empower people you work with.

• Ability to articulate and pitch work clearly and precisely.

• Have an approach and way of working that is open and flexible.

• Nurture relationships with our preferred external suppliers and actively manage third-party contributions to the creative process to ensure high quality outputs and receipt of all final
produced assets

• Manage effective communications with stakeholders, including reporting and escalation processes

The Ideal Candidate

• Initiates original, creative and inspiring concepts and ideas, in response to segment briefings and proactively

• Able to drive the creative direction for our segments and clients

• Leadership and mentoring experience of creative teams

• Able to ensure robust workflow schedules of designers and print teams are in place

• Keeps engaged and informed of new and on trend innovative design techniques, pursue key visual trends and continually seek improvement

• Naturally takes leadership in creative projects be a strong and valued voice in these projects

• Flexible to work outside of normal working hours on weekdays and weekends when required

• At home with Adobe Creative Cloud; InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator

Desirable 

• Bachelor's degree in a creative field and a minimum of 8 years of experience in the creative field.

Package Description

Salary - £50,000 - £60,000 per annum plus benefits and bonus
