As a Corporate Concierge with Sodexo, you'll be the welcoming face of our vibrant corporate site at Janssen – Cork Bio. In this dynamic role, you’ll elevate the visitor experience, support site events, and drive continuous improvements across soft services – all while ensuring everyone feels right at home.

What you’ll do:

  • Greet and assist employees, guests, and VIP visitors with warmth and professionalism – making first impressions count.

  • Coordinate front-of-house operations, including reception cover, meeting room readiness, visitor sign-ins, and workplace orientation.

  • Act as a key liaison for feedback and improvement across service lines like catering, cleaning, security, events, and mailroom services.

  • Organise and support workplace events, themed days, and onsite projects – from planning to flawless execution.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain a seamless and engaging workplace environment.

  • Proactively manage communications, escalate facilities or safety issues, and maintain a tidy, welcoming atmosphere.

  • Provide administrative support, track visitor activity, and contribute to site-wide health & safety initiatives.

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience in a hospitality, reception, or client-facing corporate role (hotel or event experience a plus!).

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – both written and verbal.

  • A warm, proactive attitude with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Strong organisation and multitasking skills, with sharp attention to detail.

  • Confidence using Microsoft Office tools like Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Adaptability, initiative, and a collaborative mindset.
