What You'll Do:

Deliver daily kitchen services in line with the Statement of Works, consistently meeting required standards and supporting monitoring and auditing processes.
Maintain overall kitchen cleanliness, setting high standards and communicating these effectively to ensure customers enjoy a professional, well-presented, and hygienic environment.
Be fully conversant with the concept, presentation, and delivery of all menu items, demonstrating strong knowledge of cooking methods and preparation techniques.
Ensure full compliance with all statutory requirements and Sodexo regulations regarding Food Safety and Hygiene.

What You Bring:

Passion for food and a desire to develop culinary skills
Basic kitchen or catering experience, with training and support provided
Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety practices
Positive team player with strong communication skills and a flexible approach
Reliability, attention to detail, and pride in delivering high standards
Minimum 1 year’s catering experience (NVQ or equivalent cooking qualification desirable)
