Facilities Management Auditor

Job Introduction

Sodexo's Government and Agencies segment are recruiting for a Facilities Management Auditor at Colchester Garrison PFI, a large MOD site where Sodexo is at the heart providing services for the British Army and their loved ones. 

This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver internal and contractual audit requirements in an integrated facilities management environment.

You will have exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work methodically whilst following processes and standards. You will be predominately site based whilst working in a small and supportive team.

Role Responsibility

  • To provide timely and accurate compliance audits in accordance with the contracted requirements
  • To compile monthly reports of your findings for analysis and review with the management team.
  • In conjunction with the HSEQ Manager to follow up the agreed corrective actions have been implemented
  • Providing effective contract and business support in line with statutory requirements, Sodexo policies, procedures, ISO and industry standard certifications, licenses and best practices.
  • To deliver Service Excellence to your colleagues and clients.
  • Raise Improvement Reports to highlight areas of failure and communicate these for action

The Ideal Candidate

  • Good level of numeracy/literacy and an effective communicator as part of a team
  • Driven by quality, providing the highest standard of service at all times
  • IT Skills for data entry
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships at all levels
  • Ability to prioritise work and deliver to tight deadlines
  • An investigative and inquisitive mind, high attention to detail and the ability to deal with large amounts of data
  • Experience or knowledge or catering and cleaning environments

Desirable

  • Familiarity with internal audit process to ISO standard
