Contract Performance & Operational Excellence Manager

We have an amazing opportunity for a highly experienced Contract Performance & Operational Excellence Manager.

This is a critical role that takes a hands-on approach to identify areas of opportunity and drive change. to ensure the successful strategic implementation of the IFM delivery across the contract.
Your responsibilities include the delivery, management, and continuous improvement of SLAs, internal compliance systems and measures, and the implementation of a strategic, commercially focused, and service-driven approach. This role requires a proactive and empowered approach, and the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders to achieve agreed objectives.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will be responsible for the delivery, management, and continuous improvements of the contracts, KPI’s SLA’s and service delivery including all internal compliance systems and measures.
- The implementation of a strategic, commercially focused and service driven approach; ensuring continual service and financial improvements are realised, measured, and shared.
- Regularly reviewing service level agreements against performance, identifying areas for improvement and working with key stakeholders to deliver agreed SLA objectives.
- Effectively running the contract governance, assuring all contractual obligations, regulatory and statutory requirements are observed and met.
- Own the communication process and ensure timely, concise, and effective communication with the business for service outage, interruption and/or service improvement.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
You will be a strong decisive leader with extensive experience in service delivery, contract management, and governance, who is passionate about ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and compliance within an outsourced integrated facilities management environment.
You will also have:
- A demonstrable history of developing successful operational strategies across a broad portfolio of IFM services
- The expertise to deliver compliance and understanding regulations including the ability to follow Sodexo, client and local site policies and health and safety procedures
- In-depth Knowledge of risk and compliance processes, protocols, escalations, and resolution methods
- Commercial and financial understanding of full IFM contracts
- Hold a IOSH qualification
- The flexibility to travel as to frequent regional travel will be required to fulfil this role
