Contract Manager - Facilities Management
Job Introduction
Do you have a solid track record running a multiple Facilities management contract? do you have great leadership and client management skills?
We have a great opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Contract Manager (Facilities Management) to join our team. You will be the main representative for Sodexo contract at our Government services client site in North Yorkshire, you will be responsible to all aspects of performance of this contract from Service Delivery, through to financial performance, contractual compliance and reporting.
This role requires strong leadership, management, communication, commercial and safety skills, a real hunger for continual improvement and an individual who is well organised, takes ownership and embraces change. You would have a proven track record in the FM industry

Role Responsibility
- Manage the on-site contract and services to the agreed standards, ensuring that deadlines and targets are achieved
- Maximise the profitability of the contract and manage costs effectively
- Act as the operational interface between the client(s) and the Account Manager/Director.
- Manage the onsite client, Sodexo services and teams to deliver the agreed SLA and standards, acting as the Sodexo primary representative on site
- Provide direction and expertise to the operating area by promoting Sodexo strategies and best business practices in order to uphold the company mission and values.

The Ideal Candidate
Essential
- HNC/BIFM qualified or equivalent
- Previous experience of operational management in a similar environment
- People management experience
- Ability to interpret and utilise financial and commercial information
- IOSH managing safely qualification
Desirable
- CIEH Level 3 qualification
Package Description
Salary £35,000 - £37,500 per annum plus bonus
