Concierge Manager

Job Introduction

As Concierge Manager at Sodexo in Ringaskiddy, you’ll provide a warm welcome and make that all-important first impression for our client and their customers. You’ll use your customer service and superb communication skills to enhance our visitor experience and provide a safe, welcoming, and secure environment for all.

You’ll be responsible for the front of house reception and all the requirements for our visitors whilst on site including hospitality arrangements, room set up and be the main point of contact for any queries.

Role Responsibility

What You’ll Do

• Meet and greet building users and visitors in a welcoming manner
• Provide a customer focused service & where required contact hosts and direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
• Hospitality & meeting room set up.
• Maintain constant surveillance of entrance and reception providing maximum visibility
• Promote good public relations between Building Management and clients and their guests/visitors through courteous, helpful, and professional contact.
• Be fully compliant with the building’s security measures regarding access controls
• Completing all necessary paperwork & reports and ensure all health & safety information contained in the risk assessments are up to date

The Ideal Candidate

What You Bring

• Customer Service experience ideally gained from working in a similar role with responsibility for running a front of house service
• A customer focused approach and confidence when dealing with people at all levels
• Proactive and able to provide solutions to customer requests
• Computer & IT skills managing online meeting room bookings & hospitality and on-site audio/visual meeting room equipment.
• Excellent team ethos and superb communication skills
• Ability to prioritise tasks and remain calm under pressure
