Communications Manager

Home based with occasional travel. 

Salary: £49,600 - £53,700 (pro-rata) & range of excellent employee benefits

Part Time (3 days p/w) Monday-Friday

 

Are you an experienced Communications Manager looking for a part time role that is home based (in the UK)? 

If so, Sodexo has a great opportunity for you to join our established team working with our world leading clients.

Creating high quality internal communications content and campaigns, you will produce written materials and manage the delivery of creative content and plan & execute key employee communications events including roadshows & webinars. 

You will also have responsible for managing the relationship with the social media team for the region to brief in the right digital support for the contract plans.

About You 

Experience and knowledge required for this role: 

  • Proved experience of employee communications, either in-house or in an agency setting (preferably for a blue-chip company)
  •  Excellent writing and editorial skills e.g. writing for the web, sub-editing with attention to detail and an eye for a good story. 
  • Proven social media, digital and creative experience.
  • Time management and organisational skills with flexibility to adapt plans as projects move and change track.
  • A self-starter - able to work to prioritise workload to tight deadlines and manage projects independently.
  • Professional standard editorial, content creation and digital experience 
  •  Employee communications experience

Qualifications required:

• Professional or higher qualification in communications or corporate communications
