Communications Lead & Account Coordinator
Job Introduction
Sodexo are currently recruiting for a remote based Communications Lead & Account Coordinator to work alongside our experienced team aligned to one of our prestigious pharmaceutical clients.
In this role you will play be an integral part in the account team and be responsible for leading the delivery of effective and comprehensive communication strategies, plans, engagement, and campaigns for the account across all international regions within the contract scope.
Working closely with the site team, you to help drive workplace experience initiatives and continuous improvements across the services leveraging on wider Sodexo capabilities and best practice.
In addition, the role will work closely with the Account Leadership team to drive and coordinate activities across UK and Sweden such as the Vested governance framework, support in governance meetings as required including capturing outcomes of the meeting.
Whilst this is a remote based role there will be a requirement for occasional travel to the client sites in both Macclesfield and Cambridge with the potential for occasional international travel to Sweden.
About You
To be considered for this role you will have and be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience in the following areas:
- Experience of internal/corporate/consumer/client communications, either in-house or agency, ideally working within a complex environment.
- Professional or higher qualification in internal communications or corporate communications
- Experience in comms support for complex change programmes.
- Understanding of change management techniques and supporting communications interventions.
- Experience of developing and executing communications plans that use a wide variety of media.
- Creative flair to develop engaging communications through a wide range of tools and channels.
- Strong skills and experience in managing projects.
- Excellent command of English language and keen attention to detail
- Experience of working in a multi-national environment.
- Desired knowledge of the FM / pharma industries, but not essential
