Job Introduction

Role Responsibility

Working alongside the kitchen management team, you will be part of a dynamic group that aim’s to provide food that not only exceeds our guest expectations in flavour, substance and presentation, but is also in line with agreed company & legal standards
Ensure that the food costs of the business are well managed by minimising waste
To prepare, assemble, and cook all assigned menu dishes, providing high quality dishes for the customer and client
Provide high quality service to customers and client in line with a food service offer that is applicable to sector and client

Adhere and monitor all health and food safety, in a proactive way

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate for this role will have:

Excellent customer service
Previous experience working in a hospitality role
The ability to prioritise and have an eye for detail
Knowledge of food safety and COSHH (advantageous)
Good communication skills – written and verbal
The ability to demonstrate great team work
The ability to follow instructions

Package Description

Working in a VIP and First Class Lounge, providing first class customer service to guests. The role consists of serving food or drinks all complimentary. Expectation all guests to have an amazing start to their journey and our customer-focused Hosts will ensure this happens every day.

Must be able to provide 5 years working histories and 5 years addresses.
Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant industry.
2 shift patterns. Early & Late (Timing TBC).
