Client Relationship Manager

Job Introduction

Sodexo are currently recruiting for a Client Relationship Manager who will be responsible for delivering on-site services across 14 client sites in the Cork, Kerry and Limerick region. This role is key to successfully delivering new company initiatives across the region and working with our site managers to engage and develop our teams.

Predominantly a catering service offering across the region you’ll bring extensive experience gained from within catering management and a real flair for delivering and driving high standard in this field.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced leader across multi sites with exceptional client relationship skills, broad commercial experience who is looking to progress within a high-profile role.

Role Responsibility

  • Responsible for the delivery of multiple facility management services to a range of clients and sites across the region, ensuring outstanding delivery at all times.
  • Effective management of all Site Managers to ensure that all units deliver both qualitative and quantitative results.
  • Foster long term profitable relationships and negotiating client contracts to increase new business opportunities by delivering operational excellence
  • Provide direction and expertise to the operating area by promoting Sodexo strategies and best business practices to uphold the Company mission and values
  • Ensure contract is being delivered in a cost-effective way for the clients and Sodexo
  • Financial management to include evaluation of performance, development of action plans, reporting, forecasting, and budgeting
  • Ensure delivery of contract to agreed level of quality, reporting on SLAs and delivering action plans to ensure that SLAs are met/exceeded.
  • Ensuring that the risk related to new and existing services have been established, assessed, and mitigated against.
  • Ensuring that H&S procedures and standards and central H&S directives are being complied to, including ensuring that contractors comply with necessary standards.

The Ideal Candidate

Essential skills and experience

  • Proven experience in successfully managing large and diverse teams with a catering and soft services background.
  • Exceptional client relationship management skills.
  • Proven financial acumen essential with demonstrable commercial experience.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing experienced operators and large numbers of employees.

Desirable skills & experience

  • NEBOSH (or equivalent) qualification
  • BIFM Qualifications (or equivalent), or relevant professional development
  • individual effectiveness through leadership, motivation, communication, coaching and training
