Client Relations Executive

Job Introduction

Sodexo have an exceptional opportunity for a senior professional with excellent consultative and influencing skills to join the Clients for Life team. This is a key role for the business where you will be accountable for championing the Clients for Life Process within each segment and supporting an improvement in client retention rate.

This role would require someone to manage their own time and be able to travel to different client sites on a regular basis.Client Relations Executive is a senior management position within Sodexo, requiring high levels of sensitivity, business acumen and personal influence

Role Responsibility

  • Champion the Clients for Life process within each segment - ensure retention is at the top of the segment agenda – act as the conscience and the catalyst by acting as independent consultant to MD’s
  • Ensure that the tools and techniques are being utilised and followed up correctly, and that Clients for Life continues to be embedded as the way we do business working across all segments.
  • Provide training and refresher updates to ensure the business is well informed and confident with the techniques and terminology
  • Modification of generic training material where required to detail segment specifics.
  • Deliver insightful, independent feedback to the operating teams, following interviews with clients.  Ensure follow up is timely and rigorous.
  • Produce reports on existing and ex clients, prospective clients who chose to work with a competitor and clients who retained or selected Sodexo.
  • Organise and execute debriefs and planning meetings that track and record follow up from Meetings and reports.
  • Facilitate Transition and Expectation meetings with operational teams and clients that produce annual business objectives.
  • Track and report upon declarations, ensuring ownership and accuracy of data.
  • Retention rate on sales vs budget
  • Retention rate on GP vs budget
     

The Ideal Candidate

  • Good understanding of the relevant market sector
  • Prior experience in operations & sales
  • Strong influencing skills and consultative ability
  • Minimum of 8 years business experience
  • Experience of dealing with confidential information at a senior level
  • Educated to degree level
  • IT literate – proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
