Location: Mars Wrigley, Dundee Road, Slough SL1 4LG
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7am–4pm
Hourly Rate: £12.64
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Job Introduction
Are you passionate about maintaining high cleanliness standards in industrial settings? At Sodexo, we are looking for a reliable Overhead Cleaning Operative to join our team at Mars Wrigley in Slough. You’ll play a key role in supporting a safe and hygienic work environment by performing specialised overhead cleaning tasks that are critical to the facility's operations.
Main Responsibilities
Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness across all overhead areas by following the relevant work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Carry out specialist cleaning tasks requiring appropriate training.
Work independently and safely, maintaining equipment and materials effectively.
Follow all health and safety requirements on site and wear necessary PPE at all times.
Liaise with on-site teams to report maintenance or safety concerns when needed.
The Ideal Candidate
Experience in industrial or specialist cleaning (preferred but not essential).
Ability to follow instructions and work according to SOPs.
A strong commitment to health and safety protocols.
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
No specific qualifications required; full training provided.
