Job Introduction

Sodexo is looking for a proactive and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team in Essex. In this role, you willlead and motivate a team of cleaning staff, ensuring the highest standards ofcleanliness, hygiene, and safety across our client sites. The ideal candidatewill have strong leadership skills, excellent attention to detail, and a commitmentto delivering exceptional service. What you’ll do:

Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff, ensuring all areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting efficient and professional service.
Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic working environment across all equipment, service areas, offices, and communal spaces.
Oversee restocking of cleaning supplies and ensure all service areas are fully equipped.
Monitor and inspect completed work, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Conduct training sessions and carry out additional duties as required to support the smooth running of cleaning operations.

Excellent communication and customer service skills with a professional and approachable manner.
Experience of Supervising a team
Professional, flexible and committed with a high level of standards
Must be able to work independently or as a team
