Location: 1HQ Diageo, 16 Great Marlborough Street, London, W1F 7HS
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (06:00–14:30)
Rate of Pay: £16.30 per hour
Contract Type: Permanent

Join Sodexo as a Cleaning Supervisor at our client site, Diageo HQ, in central London, and play a vital role in leading and motivating a dedicated cleaning team in a fast-paced corporate environment. With Oxford Circus just four minutes away, this is your opportunity to step into a leadership role right in the heart of Soho.

What you’ll do:

Supervise and support a team of cleaning operatives to ensure high standards of cleanliness across the site.
Organise rotas, delegate daily tasks, and oversee performance.
Ensure all cleaning activities are carried out in accordance with site standards and Sodexo policies.
Provide training and mentoring for new and existing team members.
Monitor supplies and equipment, reporting maintenance needs promptly.
Liaise with on-site management and respond to client needs efficiently.

What you bring:

Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial services, preferably in a supervisory role.
Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team.
Strong organisational, communication, and decision-making skills.
Attention to detail and excellent customer service.
Admin and scheduling competence, with good physical stamina.
