Cleaning Supervisor

Springtown Industrial Estate, BT48 - Maternity Leave cover - 6 months - Full time

As a Cleaning Supervisor with Sodexo, you'll enhance the services of our vibrant corporate site, offering a helping hand to ensure flawless facilities operations and keep things running smoothly.

What you'll do: 

  • Supervise and motivate cleaning teams to deliver high-quality service across a large factory area (approx. 500,000 sq ft).
  • Ensure cleaning tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with cleaning schedules and COSHH regulations.
  • Promote continuous improvement and a culture of teamwork, safety, and operational excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures, including correct use of chemicals, equipment, signage, and reporting systems.
  • Liaise with the Soft Services Manager to maintain service standards and respond to client needs.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, acting professionally and courteously with clients and staff at all times.
  • Support operational training, team recognition, and performance development initiatives.

What you'll bring: 

  • COSHH and Health & Safety training, with a strong understanding of cleaning standards, materials, and equipment.
  • Proven ability to lead, support, and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Experience working within client-focused environments with a strong customer service ethos.
  • Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental management systems, including incident reporting procedures.
  • A professional, respectful, and collaborative approach to team and client relationships.
  • Reliability, flexibility (including availability for out-of-hours work), and a commitment to site safety protocols.
