Cleaning Supervisor

Job Introduction

As a Cleaning Supervisor at Sodexo, you are a cleaner, carer, and infection fighter all in one! Your work in Stoke Mandeville Hospital will be creating a clean and sterile environment for the well-being and safety of patients. What you’ll do:    

• Oversee, plan and coordinate the cleaning operation ensuring that you and your team create a sterile, safe environment – cleaning desks, ceilings and vents, walls, blinds, and more 

• Ensure a safe working environment throughout the hospital for all employees   

• Monitor employee productivity and provides suggestions for increased service or productivity 

• Coordinate routine responsibilities and assign specific work or functional activities 

• Responsible for orientation and training of employees

What you bring: 

• Previous supervisory experience

• Ability to perform physical aspects of the job  

• Provide clear directions and respond accordingly to employees  

• Exceptional customer service skills; willingness to go beyond 

• Criminal Record Check and specified immunizations as a condition of employment

• 37.5 hours per week
