Location: Leven KY8 5HD
Hours: 25 Hours
Shift Patterns: Monday-Friday
Monday - 09:30-14:30
Tuesday- Thursday- 11:30-16:30
Friday- 08:00-13:00
Rate Of Pay: £12.60 plus Sodexo rewards and benefits
About the Role
Sodexo are seeking a reliable and diligent Cleaner to join our team in Leven KY8 5HD. This is a lone working role, meaning you will beresponsible for working independently to clean and service designated areas tothe highest standards, as set by our client and Sodexo.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean all allocated areas efficiently and in a timely manner, meeting required standards.
- Use cleaning chemicals safely, following COSHH guidelines.
- Ensure safety signs are used appropriately at all times.
- Keep cleaning stores tidy, well-stocked, and ensure equipment is stored safely.
- Comply with all security regulations for cleaning materials, equipment, and buildings.
- Report any potential hazards or health & safety infringements to the Cleaning Supervisor.
- Maintain all cleaning equipment in safe working order.
- Adhere to all company and client policies, including Health & Safety, hygiene, cleanliness, fire safety, and COSHH.
- Wear correct PPE at all times, including safety shoes.
About You
Essential:
- Previous cleaning experience.
- Experience working to a cleaning schedule.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively.
Desirable:
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ, BICS, COPCS, COSHH).
- Experience working within a team.
- Experience in a similar environment or industry.
