Salary: £12.21 per hour
Working Hours: 22.5 hours per week
Shift Pattern: 17:30–22:00, Monday to Friday
Contract Type: Permanent, Part-Time
Job Introduction
We are currently recruiting a Cleaning Operative to join our team at Mars Wrigley, Slough. This is a great opportunity for someone with high attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining hygiene standards. Main Responsibilities
Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness across designated areas, following all relevant work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Carry out daily cleaning duties including mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitising surfaces.
Ensure equipment and cleaning materials are used and stored correctly.
Report any maintenance or health and safety issues to your supervisor.
Work effectively as part of a team to ensure service standards are consistently met.
Ideal Candidate
No formal qualifications required, but previous cleaning experience in a commercial or factory setting is desirable.
Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards.
Understanding of basic health and safety practices.
