What you’ll do:
- Deliver high standards of cleaning to maintain a hygienic and fresh environment for staff, clients, and visitors.
- Follow cleaning routines while proactively identifying and addressing areas requiring attention.
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently and promptly report any incidents, complaints, or compliments.
- Communicate politely and professionally with all site users, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Support team operations by assisting with training new staff, attending meetings, and covering shifts as needed.
- Adhere to Sodexo and client policies, including health, safety, hygiene, and site regulations.
What you bring:
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills with a polite, professional, and courteous manner.
- Maintain a smart appearance in uniform, upholding high standards of personal presentation.
- Stay calm and organised under pressure, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Show flexibility by covering shifts for holidays or sickness and adapting to varying workloads.
- Work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, and other service lines.
- Adhere to site protocols, including emergency procedures and confidentiality requirements.
