Onsite – Permanent – Monday-Friday
Sodexo has a great opportunity for a Cleaning Leadr to join our established team working with our clients, Danfoss Scotland Ltd, based in Danderhall.
Joining our team at their manufacturing site in Dalkeith, you will provide, maintain and deliver soft services on site and be the day-to-day contact for the client and ensure that the cleaning is delivered in line with the client contract and is compliant with SOP’s.
The Cleaning Manager will work develop the cleaning operatives in line with company policy & the cleaning development program and ensure that all Sodexo HR policies and procedures are adhered to, including PDR process. You will manage the ordering, distribution and effective stock control of all cleaning materials and consumables and undertake cleaning audits in relation to service delivery and offer compliance.
You will proactively seek to drive operational efficiencies and introduce innovation and nurture & develop client relationships for a long-term partnership. You will also be required to perform other such duties as may be reasonably requested by your line manager.
This role would be ideal for a Cleaning Supervisor looking to step up to a management position.
