Locations: Conoco Phillips, Seal Sands Road, Middlesbrough, TS2 1UH & Wynyard Business Park, Stockton-on-Tees, TS22 5TB
This role requires travel between both sites (Seal Sands and Wynyard).
Hours & Pay
17.5 hours per week
Monday to Friday, 16:00–19:30
£12.60 per hour
Driving licence and own vehicle essential (due to site cover)

Role Overview
You will be responsible for delivering a range of services including hot beverage vending, stock receipt, monthly maintenance tasks, and general cleaning. Duties must be completed to Sodexo and client standards, as directed by the General Services Manager, Cleaning Lead, or Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain full knowledge of all areas and equipment relevant to your cleaning duties, including WMF machines.
Complete all cleaning tasks efficiently, safely, and to the required standard (daily, weekly, and periodic).
Use cleaning chemicals in accordance with COSHH guidelines.
Use appropriate safety signage (e.g., wet floor signs) and inform customers where applicable.
Accept, store, and manage site stock appropriately.
Keep cleaning and food storage areas tidy and ensure equipment is cleaned and stored safely.
Follow all security procedures for equipment, materials, and buildings.
Report low stock levels to the General Services Manager as required.
Report any potential hazards or health & safety concerns.
Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and in safe working order.
Comply with Sodexo and client policies, including Health & Safety, hygiene, fire safety, COSHH, and safe working practices.
Carry out any reasonable tasks as requested, including changes to working patterns.
Key Performance Indicators
Daily, weekly, and monthly tasks completed as scheduled.
Full compliance with Sodexo and statutory H&S regulations and safe systems of work.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
Experience working within a cleaning team
Strong communication and customer service skills
Experience working in a standards- or compliance-led environment
Desirable: NVQs, BICSc, COPCS
