What you'll do: 

• Carry out cleaning and servicing across general areas of the site.
• Follow company procedures, site-specific security protocols, and all health & safety requirements (including COSHH and safe systems of work).
• Ensure cleaning tasks are completed efficiently, to high standards, and within required timescales, including daily, weekly, and periodic schedules.
• Safely use, maintain, and store cleaning equipment and chemicals, reporting faults or hazards immediately.
• Maintain excellent hygiene, appearance, and professionalism while representing Sodexo.
• Support other areas during staff absence (sickness/holidays) and be flexible for occasional out-of-hours or multi-site work.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a polite, friendly, and helpful approach at all times.
• Report incidents, accidents, or hazards promptly and take appropriate action.

What you'll bring: 

• Experience working in a cleaning role, ideally within a standards/compliance-focused environment.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
• Knowledge of safe working practices, COSHH, and health & safety compliance.
• Flexibility to work across different areas/sites and adapt to changing needs.
• A proactive and responsible approach, with attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to achieve results.
• Commitment to maintaining personal hygiene, appearance, and adherence to uniform standards.
