- Working: Monday to Friday (Shifts 16:00-20:00)

What You’ll Be Doing
- To maintain a tidy appearance and professional conduct at all times
- To monitor and maintain all areas of responsibility to the set standard of cleanliness within the timeframe given, complying at all times with standards laid down in the work schedule
- To service all areas after customer departure as directed. Completing an inventory of the room, immediately communicating any deficiencies or damage to the cleaning Supervisor.
- To clean sinks, showers and toilets daily
- To clean all public rooms and ancillary areas daily
- To undertake a periodic cleaning programme as directed
- To clean, dust or polish all furniture, brass work, mirrors, windows and paintwork as per cleaning schedule Ensure safety signage used at all times – e.g., wet floor.
- Ensure a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance – comply with company regulations, wearing uniform provided
- To follow COSHH regulations when using chemicals and ensure economic use of these at all times
- To immediately report defective equipment to the Cleaning Supervisor.
- Communicate cleaning material requirements to supervisor.
- To maintain a safe system of work within the Company Health and Safety Procedures laid down
- To assist colleagues with departmental responsibilities once duties are completed
- To continue to develop skills and knowledge within the position
- Carry out all reasonable tasks as directed by supervisor/chargehand or management
What You’ll Bring
- Demonstrate experience of working in a similar role within the service industry at a comparable level in a company Knowledge of health & safety
- Able to work on own initiative within a team environment
- Basic level training in HSWA and COSHH regulations
- A comprehensive knowledge of the cleaning specifications relating to the various types of surfaces to be cleaned and to have received training in cleaning techniques and the use of industrial cleaning equipment
