Location: Phillips 66 Humber Refinery, Eastfield Road, South Killingholme, Immingham, DN40 3DW
Contract Type: Part-Time | 22 Hours per Week | Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: £12.70 per hour
Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence Required

Your Role

This is more than a cleaning job — it’s an opportunity to create a welcoming and polished environment for VIP guests and staff. Working in a high-standard guest house setting, you’ll be responsible for delivering excellent service in both cleaning and hospitality duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest House & Office Cleaning

• Clean and maintain a 7-bedroom guest house to a high standard

• Change bedding, clean bathrooms, and replenish supplies

• Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and clean all communal and office areas

• Maintain cleanliness of meeting rooms and kitchen areas

Waste & Recycling

• Empty bins and manage recycling (paper, cups, cans, batteries, etc.)

• Follow site procedures for disposal and sustainability

Hospitality & Catering Support

• Assist in the preparation and service of food and beverages

• Help set up rooms for meetings and hospitality events

• Polish cutlery, glassware, and tableware for VIP functions

• Ensure food hygiene and presentation standards are upheld

Customer Service & Professional Conduct

• Communicate courteously with guests, clients, and colleagues

• Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times

• Support emergency procedures and ensure guest safety if needed

• Attend regular training and team meetings

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in hospitality, cleaning, or guest services

• Holds a full, clean driving licence

• Has a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (or is willing to obtain one)

• Is flexible and available to work extra hours for events or to cover absences

• Demonstrates strong communication and timekeeping skills

• Maintains a high level of personal hygiene and appearance

• Is friendly, reliable, and proactive
