Job Introduction:
We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Cleaning Operative to join our team at RAF High Wycombe. As a Cleaning Operative with Sodexo, you will play a key role in ensuring our facilities remain clean, safe, and presentable at all times. This is an essential role that requires attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
What you’ll do:
- Carry out cleaning duties across the designated area, including offices, corridors, washrooms, kitchens, and other communal spaces.
- Ensure cleaning standards are maintained and meet client expectations.
- Follow the cleaning schedule to ensure all areas are attended to promptly.
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards to the supervisor.
- Maintain health and safety standards in line with company policies.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene.
