What you’ll do:
Daily:
- Support SDM production operations.
- Mop all corridors every morning in line with cleaning protocols
- Attend daily scheduling to understand portfolio demands & ensure that own workload is managed to achieve agreed targets
- Remove waste to secure waste cage at rear of FCH
- Cat 1 cleaning of cubicles as directed by SDM technicians
- Cat 1 clean of all equipment in the wash bay to include loading and unloading of Steris
- Manage consumables within stores (replenishment via EAMS)
- Use of electric pallet truck for the transfer of materials
- Ensure all details are entered into Logbooks correctly with no deviations
- Weekly -
- Removal of hazardous waste from SDM area to GMM and enter details in logbook
- Manage (create waste labels) the transfer of empty IPA drums from SDM to GMM
- Sanitization of drains
- Weekly flush of safety shower
- Replenishment of IPA and Acetone bottles in wash bay, ensuring all labelling is correct
- Mop floors and ceilings of store rooms in line with cleaning protocols
- Replenish consumables within stores, liaising with GMM
- Carryout out area accountability checks to ensure compliance is adhered to and document
Additional:
- Support & train to a competent level SDM Technicians, Sodexo Colleagues & new starters
- Utilization of Sonic bath to clean O’Hara / Fette guns
- Monitor visitors PPE and safety equipment
- Chaperone visiting engineers within the area
- Support building projects/SDM shutdowns as required
- General support to team leaders and technicians as required
- Responsible for identifying, reporting and supporting the resolution of quality concerns
- Support internal and external audits where appropriate
- Follow and understand applicable Pfizer SOPs/procedures in relation to activities being complete
- Strict adherence to quality, GMP, safety and environmental standards is required.
- Maintain excellent customer service and assure on time delivery (OTD)

- Basic IT skills
- Health and Safety awareness, lab awareness & COSHH awareness
- Manual handling experience
- GMP awareness
- Ability to work on own unsupervised
- Customer focussed & team player
- Good communication skills
- Excellent housekeeping standards
