Chief Information Officer (CIO)

Job Introduction

We are looking for a highly experienced CIO to oversee the use of Information technology (IT) across Sodexo. We want information technology to add maximum value to our company

This is a career enhancing role that will see you drive our IT strategy and ensure that all systems necessary to support the operation and objectives are in place.

Role Responsibility

• Define regional IS&T priorities aligned to Global IS&T, Regional Service Operations, Segment and Transversal functions’ mission, vision, strategy and budget
• Lead business engagement and relationship management within the region
• Implement IS&T plan, operating model, service delivery and budget alignment with the overall Sodexo strategy, financial commitments and business needs
• Provide regional perspective and requirements to help define Global IS&T priorities and Segments, Service Operations and Transversal Functions strategies
• Accountable for activities allocated in the Project Management and Service Lifecycle Management Processes are effectively delivered
• Accountable for deployment , mobilization and coordinating support for infrastructure, services and applications in accordance with defined SLA’s
• Accountable for business engagement and relationship management within the region, Service Operations and segments.
• Manage multiple internal stakeholders within Service Operations and across all dimensions of the organization, ensuring effective convergence among them
• Ensure the performance security and integration of IS&T systems and tools to optimize operational efficiency
• Simultaneously manage ‘business as usual’ and driving the IS&T transformation
• Identify, support and meet the needs of region and sites to support growth ambitions

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience as CIO or similar managerial role
• Excellent knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure
• Solid understanding of data analysis, budgeting and business operations
• A visionary mindset
• Excellent organisational skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
