Job Introduction

  What you’ll do:   

  • Direct the preparation, seasoning, and cooking of salads, soups, fish, meats, vegetables, desserts, or other foods 

  • To provide effective delivery of catering services to the client organisation

  • Effective collaborative working with the core catering manpower (CCM)

  • Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations  

  • Prepare, produce and present food to the highest standard  

What you bring:  

  • Level 2 or 3 Chef qualification and minimum 1 years of experience in hands on cooking including 

  • Experience in menu planning and production  

  • Experience in or exposure to bulk cooking

Package Description

  • 40 hours per week
  • £14.00 per hour
  • Shift Patterns:  Any 5 days out of 7 
  • 1 in 3 weekends
  • Early shift 6:00-14:30- Late shift 11:30-20:00
  • Overtime available to support with functions
