Location: Speke Liverpool
Monday to Friday - 7am – 3pm
Salary: Up to £30,000 based on experience and excellent employee benefits

Responsibilities:
- Prepare food for Restaurant, vending, and hospitality services, adhering to high-quality standards.
- Follow recipes and instructions diligently, ensuring portion accuracy and taste excellence.
- Uphold Sodexo’s standards and procedures in food preparation, production, and presentation.
- Maintain a pristine kitchen and storage environment, adhering to cleanliness and safety protocols.
- Comprehensively comply with statutory and Sodexo standards for food hygiene, health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Engage with guests, providing detailed information about allergens, ingredients, and flavors.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service delivery and participate in team meetings and reviews.
Requirements:
- A recognised catering qualification and a valid food safety certificate.
- A genuine passion for producing high-standard culinary delights.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Proven experience in a busy kitchen environment, ideally as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
- Ability to adhere strictly to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Self-motivated with the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive in seeking clarification and making informed decisions, prioritising safety.
