Job Introduction

As a Chef at Sodexo in Nuffield Health Taunton Hospital, your love of cooking and excellent organisational abilities. You  will be responsible for managing a section of the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards. What you’ll do:  

• Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and specifications
• Comply with all Company and hospital policies and procedures, and statutory regulations, including health and safety, safe working practices, hygiene, cleanliness, fire, COSHH.
• Support staff orientation and team training and development.
• Ensure the kitchen is clean and organised

What you bring: 

• NVQ in culinary skills or relevant working experience 
• Computer literality
• Ability to communicate with co-workers and other departments with professionalism and respect

We are looking for a talented Chef to join our amazing Catering Team here at Nuffield Health Taunton Hospital

• Working 2 days a week between 07:00 and 19:30 with 1 weekend in 4 weeks
