What you’ll do:

Be a kitchen star and plan all operations & training for the production team

Direct the preparation, seasoning, and cooking of salads, soups, fish, meats, vegetables, desserts, or other foods

Plan and price menu items, order supplies, and keep records and accounts

Work on the range with the kitchen team to train, guide & develop

Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations

Prepare, produce and present food to the highest standard
What you bring:
- Basic Food Hygiene and Health and Safety Certificates
- NVQ in Professional Chef Diploma or relevant experience
- Knowledge of Special Diets and allergen awareness
