We are currently looking to add to our catering Team at Singapore Airlines Lounge, Heathrow terminal 2  we are seeking a Chef de Partie to join the team to deliver a world class guest experience. We are looking for passionate, enthusiastic and motivated individual who will be able to create memorable catering experiences.

​This is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual to join a world leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression.

You must be able to provide 5 years working history and 5 years address.

Role Responsibility

• Setting up the kitchen prior to a lounge opening
• Preparing a particular kitchen station by bringing all food containers to that point in the line
• Cooking a specific portion of each plated meal
• Assisting with marinating, cutting, and precooking foods
• Cleaning the kitchen before the Lounge closes
• Cleaning and sanitising their area with warm water and soap.
• Wrapping unused items and storing them in proper areas at the end of a shift
• Plating food creatively and maximising customer enjoyment

The Ideal Candidate

• A positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and develop craft skills in a fast paced environment
• Previous chef experience
• Strong communication skills
• Basic food hygiene 
• Good customer service skills

Package Description

• 37.5 hours per week 
• £13.50 per hour 
• 8.5 hour shift - 30 min break 
• Shift work pattern 4 days, on 2 off - (2 early, 2 late)
