Chef de Partie
Job Introduction
We are currently seeking a highly talented and driven person to work in the one of our Tipperary sites.
We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise their workload and have the ability to communicate effectively with a range of audiences.
You will be working as part of a team but you will at times be expected to work independently and under your own initiative.
Role Responsibility
Main Duties: As per Sodexo Chef de Partie duties to include preparation and cooking of meals for boarders to company standard. Service and maintaining of cleanliness of work area and stores and fridges. Implementing HACCP to it’s fullest and maintaining menu to company budget. It is usually every second weekend off.
The Ideal Candidate
Skills for all vacancies: Training and experience in similar role essential. Able to multitask and work together in a team. Able to guide catering assistants in food prep and in service. Knowledge of HACCP. Able to work under own initiative.
