Job Introduction

Chef de Partie – Vermilion Ballinaboy Catering

Location: Front of House, Ballinaboy

Role Overview:

As Chef de Partie,you will play a key role in the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring mealsare prepared and presented to the highest standards. You will support the ChefManager in maintaining food safety, stock control, and service quality in linewith company expectations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the preparation and delivery of meals and catering services according to agreed standards and schedules
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Monitor and manage stock levels and ordering processes
  • Ensure equipment is maintained in safe working order and report any issues promptly
  • Support in maintaining internal compliance standards and achieving service level agreements

 

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar catering or kitchen environment
  • Knowledge of food hygiene, health and safety standards, and kitchen compliance
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and customer service skills
  • Relevant culinary qualifications and training
  • Passion for innovation and a commitment to high standards

 

Performance Indicators:

  • Compliance with service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Health and safety performance
  • Client satisfaction
  • Audit and internal compliance scores
