Chef Supervisor

Liverpool - Fulltime

We're looking for a talented and motivated Chef to join our catering team. You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality food and excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. If you take pride in your cooking, thrive in a busy kitchen, and believe in teamwork and high standards, we’d love to hear from you.

What you'll do: 

• Prepare, cook, and present food to a consistently high standard.
• Follow recipes, production plans, and portion controls precisely.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen and service area at all times.
• Comply with all food hygiene, health & safety regulations and company policies.
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and service standards are always met.
• Lead by example and support other team members when needed.
• Communicate effectively with customers and the wider team.
• Support the wider operation by flexibly covering different areas as required.
• Record food safety, cleaning, and temperature control checks accurately.
• Contribute ideas for food development, menu planning and innovation.

What you'll bring: 

• Recognised catering qualification (e.g. NVQ) and valid Food Safety Certificate.

• Proven experience working in a high-volume kitchen.

• Passionate about great food and customer satisfaction.

• Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-first attitude.

• Ability to work independently and stay calm under pressure.

• Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.

• Flexible, adaptable and willing to support out-of-hours events when required.
