As a Chef - Supervisor at Sodexo, based at Ferryfield House, 100 Pilton Drive, Edinburgh, you’ll take the lead in delivering high-quality catering services in a dynamic healthcare environment. You’ll be an inspiring leader, capable of motivating your team in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a sharp eye for detail. With strong communication and organisational skills, you’ll help us put people at the heart of everything we do — delivering outstanding service to patients, staff, and visitors alike. What you’ll do:
Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and specifications
Comply with all Company and hospital policies and procedures, and statutory regulations, including health and safety, safe working practices, hygiene, cleanliness, fire, COSHH
Ensure the kitchen is clean and organised
What you bring:
NVQ Level 2 or equivalent experience
Excellent culinary skills and a passion for cooking
Ability to communicate with co-workers and other departments with professionalism and respect
